Facebook is working on a feature which will be added to make the advertisers limit to their ability to target ads with someone else’s information without that person’s knowledge.
This transparency feature called “Custom Audiences” will show when your contact information is uploaded and by whom. It will also show if your information was shared with some brands or partners.
